Registration and payment policies
Registration, payment, invoice, purchase order, cancellation, reschedule, transfer, waitlist, and refund handling depends on the implemented workflow state and staff review. CTTi should confirm final policy language before client launch.
- Credit card and invoice/payment handling must match the approved checkout implementation.
- Seat reservations are driven by confirmed payment, invoice-review, transfer, and waitlist states.
