Website content is provided to help visitors understand CTTi classes, schedules, locations, resources, and support options. Class details, dates, prices, capacity, and delivery formats can change before registration is finalized.

Forms and operational requests

Public forms and portal requests create operational records for staff review. Submissions may include class inquiries, onsite quote requests, registration details, invoice requests, cancellation or reschedule requests, and support messages.

Registration and payment policies

Registration, payment, invoice, purchase order, cancellation, reschedule, transfer, waitlist, and refund handling depends on the implemented workflow state and staff review. CTTi should confirm final policy language before client launch.

  • Credit card and invoice/payment handling must match the approved checkout implementation.
  • Seat reservations are driven by confirmed payment, invoice-review, transfer, and waitlist states.
  • Onsite quote lifecycle terms depend on the staff-reviewed quote workflow.
