Registration and payment policies
Registration, payment, invoice, purchase order, cancellation, reschedule, transfer, waitlist, and refund requests are reviewed according to the policies shown during registration and confirmed by CTTi.
- Credit card and invoice/payment handling follows the terms shown during checkout.
- Seat reservations are confirmed after payment, approved invoice review, transfer approval, or waitlist release.
- Onsite training quote terms are confirmed during quote follow-up.
