Forms and operational requests
Public forms and portal requests create CTTi records for follow-up. Submissions may include class inquiries, onsite quote requests, registration details, invoice requests, cancellation or reschedule requests, and support messages.
Registration and payment policies
Registration, payment, invoice, purchase order, cancellation, reschedule, transfer, waitlist, and refund requests are reviewed according to the policies shown during registration and confirmed by CTTi.
- Credit card and invoice/payment handling follows the terms shown during checkout.
- Seat reservations are confirmed after payment, approved invoice review, transfer approval, or waitlist release.
- Onsite training quote terms are confirmed during quote follow-up.
