Student Portal

Invited students can access registration details and support requests.

Staff can send a secure password setup link after your portal account is provisioned. You can also submit staff-reviewed requests tied to an existing registration without signing in.

Current support model

Staff-assisted support remains the right path for account-sensitive requests.

Use the portal request form for contact updates, cancellation review, reschedule review, or a message to staff. CTTi staff will verify the registration before making account, seat, or schedule changes.

Include this context

What you need
Tell staff whether this is about class selection, an existing registration, or support.
Course or code
Include the certification name, class title, or course code if you have one.
Date and location
Include the preferred session date, training center, virtual option, or onsite need.

Staff-reviewed request

Send a portal request.

Provide the registration reference and email used for the registration. Choose message staff, update contact information, request reschedule, or request cancellation so CTTi can route the request to the right staff queue.

Messages go to CTTi staff for questions that do not require a cancellation, transfer, or contact update.
